At Premier Performance, we make it easy for you to schedule your appointment with several convenient options. For the best experience, we recommend using our online booking system, where you can quickly view available times and secure your spot.

JOIN THE WAIT LIST

If you don’t see your preferred time / day on our online booking system, we encourage you to join our Wait List directly in the scheduler. Openings can become available due to cancellations, and by being on the list, you’ll have the opportunity to claim those times. You can also send us a text with your preferred appointment time if it’s unavailable online.

OTHER WAYS TO BOOK

While texting is our preferred method of communication for any questions or changes, you’re also welcome to complete our Request Form. This allows you to share your appointment request, and we’ll follow up via text or phone call based on your inquiry. If you need to speak with us directly, feel free to call, but please note we may not always be able to answer immediately. Online booking or texting ensures the fastest response!

  • Yes, the initial visit is typically 40 minutes to allow for exam, health history, functional movement assessment, and treatment.

  • Please wear athletic attire if possible, or something that you can move and stretch in.

  • Pricing is based on length of session. Please visit our online scheduler for more pricing information.

  • No, our patients can decide how often they would like to schedule and can pay each visit.

  • Premier Performance has recently transitioned to a completely self pay sports therapy practice. If you would like to submit the visits to your insurance carrier, just let us know and you will be given a fee slip.

  • Yes, we see youth athletes typically starting around age 6.

  • Every patient is different but typically around 3-5 visits we are looking to see improvement in condition. The goal is to get everyone feeling great as quickly as possible. Many patients choose to schedule sessions because it is part of their training and helps to improve performance.

  • You can save time by completing your paperwork prior to your visit. You have the option of completing your forms online through our Patient Portal, which you will receive an email with a link to. If you are unable to do so, feel free to bring the Patient Information Form to your appointment.

  • We greatly appreciate proper notice if you cannot arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We understand some circumstances are beyond control, but when possible, 24 hours notice is preferred.
